Update SMSDOM on server with SEP client installed

Hello everyone,

I have installed SMSDOM on a server with the SEP client 12.1 RU3 installed. The SEP client is managed by SEPM and is getting updates from SEPM.

SEPM receives updates from an internal LiveUpdate server (populated by LUA).

From the SMSDOM documentation I understand that if I have the SEP client installed, I do not need to update SMSDOM, as it uses the same defintiions as the SEP client. Could you please confirm if this is the case?
