Zero activity on Home page also zero events and zero events in reports

Hello All , 

I am new to symantec mail security for exchange, 

I believe this not normal , I have two EX-HUB 2007 servers with symantec mail security , I cannot see any activity on the home page on of the servers ,the other server I can see the numbers of total scans and violations, 

but on both server when I run reports also I got no activities in the report, I cannot find at the windows application logs any thing wrong with symanctec , the services are up and running.

the settings on both servers seems okay and same.

The license are valid , definitions are up to date

please can someone help me with this issue
